in the old management style , managers are supposed to manage and leaders are supposed to inspire , create a vision and make sure that the vision is followed
it is time to say goodbye to that stereotype
modern organizations are people oriented and they want inspiration , purpose , autonomy and development
managers need to empower people , innovate and focus on the long term growth of the organization
