for example , the no.1 in customer satisfaction for customers between the ages of 13 – 18 .. you get the eyeballs of the teen generation , which is likely to follow you and purchase your goods for a lot longer , when they start working

so , you create a new category and become the number one in that .. it is not that difficult to get the first mover advantage
