learn new skills and show them on your resume – for instance , if you have done a sales course on linkedin , add it to your resume

to answer the question – tell me more about yourself – you have to pitch yourself as the best person for the job

if you have a gap in your career – own it and try to explain why it was there – what did you learn during that gap – any new skills , etc
