employees – as soon as they get their salary , the government gets their money immediately from their salaries via payroll taxes, income taxes , state taxes , etc

for a business owner – first the income comes , they can then deduct expenses , then salaries and others expenses and then pay taxes on the net income – so being a business owner helps

since business owners create jobs – politicians cater to them – politicians also need to show that that they are working towards jobs creation
