have a morning ritual – eg drinking 0.5 litres / 16 ounces of water , some exercise , meditation , reading

time block your calendar – batching similar tasks together

focus on a single task at a time – avoid multi tasking

set aside an overflow day – to catch up with the tasks that were missed / incomplete

designate a most important task for the day – which has to be completed

most people are productive between 9 to 11 am – designate the important tasks for this time

take a 5 min break after 15 mins of regular activity

be flexible – sometimes things don’t go according to the plan / calendar
