night owls tend to stay up late and wake up late and the body clock starts later

the earlier you get up and start exercising , it sends a signal to the body that it is daylight and time to wake up

keep your nights dark .. meaning you stay away from the electronic devices as they emit a blue light that prevents you from falling asleep
