a funny story about recession

once in a local town , somewhere , far away , there was a merchant , doing business ..

his business was doing well , he was getting regular customers and he was able to upsell and cross – sell other products to customers

he was confident of his skills

then, one day , he was visited by a salesman from out of town .. he had seen a recession in his town and wherever he went , he went around telling people that there was a recession ..they should stop all advertising and hunker down , saving cash for the long term.

since the out of towner had more reputation , our local salesman believed him and stopped all advertising for his business . .. slowly but surely , the flow of customers began to die down and he really believed that there was a recession

so keep your mind open and make decisions on your own rather than believe on someone else ..
