why is the us 10 year bond yield going up so much – why no one wants to buy usa paper anymore ?

the us 10 year bond yield is the highest in 5 years – this means that no one is interested in buying the usa paper – what could be the reason ?

a recession in the usa ?

or that the usa is spending too much money in wars , other wasteful schemes like the IRA ?
