they have real assets that are fully paid off – eg rental homes – homes that put money in the pocket
they pay themselves first
they take their paycheck and put 10 , 15 or 20 % put away in another account and never look at it – this money grows over time and while compounding over a long time , it gives good returns
their homes are fully owned and paid off – they don’t live on rent
