read 3 pages of a book before sleeping

start each day with an intention and power

meditate after waking up

make sure that your to do list consists of 1 – 3 critical tasks – no more

exercise for 15 – 20 mins in the morning after waking up

if a task takes only 1 minute to do – do it right away – you will feel better with one less task on your plate

disable all notifications for a long period once a day to concentrate on the work
