year after year , in a survey of the happiest countries , the following countries came out on top

norway , finland, netherlands , iceland , sweden , switzerland

but why ?

they have high taxes , but have access to world class affordable education and excellent healthcare

they have jobs when they graduate from college , no high loans of colleges tuition

unlike some capitalist countries ( where college education now costs an arm and a leg ) and sometimes when you pass out of college , there is a recession and no jobs are available

so , you end up with loans , no jobs , no money , no place to stay , you have to move back in with your parents.
