if you are taking an interview – in the virtual mode – zoom or teams interview – take it in formal clothes – comfortable clothes – but it does not have to be a suit and tie kind of clothes
the rule is : if the company is a startup kind of company – take the interview in a formal shirt and khakis
if the company is a formal company – take it in a formal shirt and pants / skirt
