almost everyone is familiar with the afternoon slump ( the period where you feel drowsy for two hours after lunch )
here is what you can do about it
schedule easy tasks during that time – like administrative work , catching up with colleagues
take a 15 minute break and go for a walk around the office – in the open areas
schedule tasks that require high productivity for when you are mentally fresh - this maybe morning for some people , evening for others

It's good.....i know that it is difficult to achieve your goals..... discipline, consistency plays important role..... growth is the importance element..... make sure you grow daily atleast 0.005%.
Also start writing diary of what you learn today, what you did today, did you complete the task which u have assigned yourself, how did you awarded yourself, where you need to improve more, what r u good and weak at.......start keeping your self journals about yourself.
