the difference between exams in school and real life businesses

there is one major difference between school exams and a real life business

in a school , you have to be good at all the subjects … individually to clear the exams

a business , is however a team sport – you can be good at something and use someone else’s skills at something else

for instance , there is a marketing team , a sales team and a technical team , a customer support team .. they all work together towards achieving the same goal – customer delight
