what separates the successful from the not so successful … its tenacity / perseverance

i do not think that there is any other quality so essential to success of any kind as the quality of perseverance. it overcomes almost everything, even nature.

so , keep trying , never give up . keep adjusting , tweaking the marketing .. that is where you have to appeal first and then deliver a super product and follow up with a good after sales service ( most people don’t expect you to have an after sales service – just have a follow up with the customer – a phone call , an email , a visit to their house .. just to see if they are happy with your product ) ..

the cost of keeping a customer is much less than acquiring a new one …

a happy customer will happily refer their friends / family members to you .. that is how you increase your business many times over ..
